Who are we?
Hercules Precision Mobile Detailing provides high-quality interior and exterior detailing services to keep your vehicle looking its best. We offer two main packages—Standard and Premium—with full details available on our Services page or by clicking “View Packages”
We operate by appointment only. To schedule a detail, contact us via Instagram, email, phone, or the Quote Forum. *PLEASE READ POLICY PAGE BEFORE BOOKING* Weekend appointments are our primary availability and are preferred, although limited weekday spots are available upon request.

The journey began in 2023 when 4 young teens, Paladin, Max, Collin, and Nicholas helped to help raise money for our martial arts academy and gain experience in the detailing world. Within that time, we have invested in pro-level equipment and products, as well as experience to bring you the best results for your vehicle. Keeping vehicles spotless and in top shape isn’t just a job for us — it’s something we take pride in. We follow our namesake (precision) by putting in the extra effort to make sure your car looks it’s absolute best when it leaves our hands.

You can schedule a detail either by calling/texting our number, emailing, Instagram DM or contacting us on the website via Quote Forum
You can pay after the detail is completed and we only accept cash, Apple Pay, and Zelle at the moment
No, we are a mobile detailing business meaning we come to you
We will typically respond within 6 hours to confirm the detail and give you an approximate price
It will be greatly appreciated if you remove all personal items from the car. However, it is also acceptable that you prefer that certain personal areas, such as glove compartments, be excluded from the detailing service
You are required to take photos of the car's condition and send it to us via message or Instagram DM in order to get an online quote, otherwise we will give you the quote in person on the day of the detail.

Policies

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Detailing cancellations or reschedules need to be submitted 2 days prior to the detail by SMS message, email, or Instagram DM. If a reschedule or cancellation does not meet the deadline, a fee of $40.

Payment Policy
Upon arrival, a 35% deposit is required to secure your appointment and protect both us and our valued clients. Details are non-refundable after it has commenced.

Damage Policy
We are not responsible for ANY pre-existing damage to the vehicle. In the event we somehow damage your vehicle, we will take full responsibility and find a solution that you find necessary.

Customer Responsibility
We request that personal belongings and items be removed from the vehicle prior to the detail to prevent any issue regarding privacy. In addition, please let us know what areas within the vehicle you wish to not be searched/cleaned. We will honor all privacy requests. Failure to comply will result in an upcharge based on leftover items. (We will always remind you to do so).

Social Media Policy
During the detail, we typically take photos/videos for social media in order for advertisement and to document our detailing journey. We always use a license plate cover when recording media to protect privacy. If you wish to opt out, please let us know. (We will always ask prior to the detail)

Excessive Condition/Biohazard Policy
Vehicles containing excessive amounts of filth, mold, blood, vomit, human/animal waste, or severe pest infestation will either be turned down or upcharged significantly
